Project Synergy 2017

In accordance with ICBC`s distracted driving enforcement and awareness month, we emphazised more on road safety in our Project Synergy at March 8th. We had four major events that day, which includes  DownTownEastSide patrol with our NPO Cst. Byron Yee, Speed Watch , Cell Watch event with Paul,  and a distracted driving enforcement session with the VPD later in the afternoon.

We are thankful to have volunteers from our center, Coal Harbour West End CPC, Kitslano-Fairview CPC and Aboriginal CPC to participate with us, with all of their hard work, we pulled off a productive, meaningful and eventful day to promote road safety and to raise public awareness on distracted driving in Vancouver.

Here are some awesome moments from the day:

Volunteers from Aboriginal CPC  – Cell Watch – Terminal and Main

Volunteers from CCPC, Coal Harbour CPC – Speed Watch – 877 Great Northern Way

Beautiful day in Strathcona

VPD Distracted Driving Enforcement session – Terminal & Main

Volunteers from Kitslano-Fairview – Speed Watch

And of course, there`s nothing better to have great sandwiches for lunch!

Once again we thank all our community partners and volunteers for all their support and we look forward to doing more of these projects in future.
